  1. Enter the username and password provided by the organiser for log-in to the specified account and complete the online application form;
  2. Send by email (1819app@rces.hk) with:(i) soft copies of the supporting documents and (ii) the completed application forms;
  3. Send by mail with:(i) printed version of the application documents and (ii) the cheque or the original deposit slip for registration fee.
